To discontinue electric service, please call (1.800.231.2732) and notify our office of the desired disconnect date. Requested disconnects are performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. We ask that members provide us with a forwarding address to send the final electric bill and future Capital Credit statements and/or refunds when there is a general retirement. Once the electric service has been disconnected, a final bill will be generated and sent to your address.
