STEP 1

Please contact our office at 1-800-231-2732 to start your new service location or inquire through our SmartHub app to have a member service representative to reach out. The list below will provide a summary needed documentation and upfront fees.

To access the needed documents, visit our document library here.

STEP 2

Once all fees have been paid and documents turned in, your order will be released to engineering. A staking engineer will then reach out to you to schedule an appointment to visit the service location. The staking engineer will meet with you and explain how the service will be installed and where to set your meter pole or pedestal. Please take note, new services cannot be installed on any structure. The staking engineer will stake the job and then provide total cost of install in an ATC (Aid to Construction) letter, as well as an inspection form to be completed after the member side of the service has been built.

STEP 3

Once ATC has been paid and the Inspection form has been turned in, your order will be released to operations for build. This can take 7 to 10 business days given no major storm outages have taken place.
