Disconnect Service

 

To discontinue electric service, please call our office at 1-800-231-2732 and notify our MSRs of the desired disconnect date. Requested disconnects are performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. We ask that members provide us with a forwarding address to send the final electric bill and future Capital Credit statements and/or refunds when there is a general retirement

 

Temporary Disconnect
  • Please contact our office at 1-800-231-2732 to schedule any temporary disconnects three business days prior.
  • Trip fees will be charged to member's bill according to trips made to location
