To avoid a 10% late fee, make sure your payment reaches BREC by the due date shown on your bill. Payments are considered received only when they arrive at our offices—not by postmark. If you’re mailing your payment or using a BREC pay station, allow 4–5 days for delivery so you can stay penalty-free.
What types of payment methods are accepted?
- Cash-Accepted at our office
- E-check – Accepted online, office, mailed payment or through the automated pay-by-phone system.
- Credit/Debit Card – Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted online, in our SmartHub app, via our automated pay-by-phone service, and at our office.
